My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the staff was very good. However, the room wasn't serviced during our stay, and there were some tablets left under the bed. The service was exceptional, especially during the incident I had with the lift. The location was great for access to central London, though the dining options were a bit limited. The facilities were sufficient, but there were some gluten-free options lacking in the dinner menu.
